SHIPPING INFO - At present we do not offer online checkout. We ask that you phone us with your orders so that we can check the availability of the products and advise you of your ship date. Whenever possible orders will be shipped by the end of the week following the confirmation of the order. You will be notified if the item is backordered. We generally ship UPS Ground, but occasionally we ship Parcel Post. Shipping charges will be added to your order and vary according to weight and zip code. All efforts will be made to minimize shipping charges. We will be happy to ship 2nd Day Air or Overnight should you require faster delivery.

RETURNS - Any item can be returned for any reason within 30 days, with receipt, for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping. Customer is responsible to return merchandise to Made In Colorado Shoppe in good condition. No refunds after 30 days, except when the product is defective. Defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded within a reasonable time from date of purchase.

DAMAGES - Any damage in shipment should be reported immediately to the Made In Colorado Shoppe.
